Terms of Service

Effective August 11, 2026. These terms govern access to the Submitt software service provided by ParadiseUtilities.

Subscriptions

Submitt is a paid recurring service. Access depends on an active subscription and the server-slot limit associated with the purchased plan. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information with the payment processor.

Acceptable use

You may not use Submitt to disrupt Discord, evade platform restrictions, access servers without authorization, abuse the service, or attempt to compromise Submitt infrastructure or other customers.

Customer configuration and content

You are responsible for the content, roles, channels, workflows and retention settings you configure in your Discord communities and for having appropriate authority to manage those communities.

Availability and changes

ParadiseUtilities may maintain, update or modify Submitt to preserve security, compatibility and product quality. Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for unpaid subscriptions, abuse, security threats or material violations of these terms.

Important legal review

This repository includes a launch-ready policy surface, but the operator should have the final production terms reviewed for its actual legal entity, jurisdiction and business practices before launch.
