Dashboard guide

The Submitt dashboard is the main administration interface for your subscription, Discord servers and workflows. This page explains what every section is for so owners can delegate access and know where to make changes without hunting through Discord commands.

Overview

The Overview page is your operational starting point. It summarizes licensed-server activity and provides quick links into the areas that normally need attention. Use it as a high-level health check rather than as the place where configuration is changed.

Onboarding

Onboarding is a guided checklist that tracks whether your account has an active subscription, a licensed server, a detected bot installation, completed server setup and at least one configured workflow. It is especially useful after the initial purchase or when handing setup to another administrator.

Servers

The Servers page reads the Discord communities your logged-in account can manage. From here you install Submitt, assign an available subscription slot, open server setup or release a slot. A server can be installed without being licensed, but ticket/application features require a valid server entitlement.

Setup

Setup handles launch-readiness configuration for each licensed server. It displays live bot health, permission checks, role hierarchy checks and default staff/logging settings. Treat any critical warning here as something to resolve before publishing workflows to members.

Tickets

Tickets contains the ticket-panel builder and ticket history. Create panels, define ticket types, configure intake questions and staff access, publish panels to Discord, and inspect recent support activity. Once a ticket exists, its detail page provides the full operational record including answers, members, notes, transcript and event timeline.

Applications

Applications contains both the form builder and review queue. Owners create application forms and eligibility rules here; reviewers use the same area to inspect answers, claim submissions, move applicants through stages, and accept, deny, waitlist, archive or reopen applications.

Moderation & Safety

Moderation & Safety controls server-wide Discord protection and member-management tools. Configure moderation/Discord event logs, staff commands, anti-spam and content filters, prohibited-name and account-age checks, anti-raid alerts, Auto Role, and welcome/leave channel or DM messages. Automatic enforcement is opt-in per server.

Workflows

Workflows centralizes the operational tools that apply across tickets: SLA policies, automated actions, saved replies and ticket tags. Configure these after the basic ticket lifecycle is working so automation enhances a stable process rather than hiding a setup problem.

Analytics

Analytics turns ticket/application history into staff and workflow metrics. It reports response time, resolution time, SLA compliance, satisfaction, priority distribution, staff activity and application outcomes. Use it to identify bottlenecks rather than as a disciplinary scorecard by itself; workload and ticket complexity still matter.

Branding

Branding controls public-facing embed presentation. White Label customers can customize eligible fields such as display name, icon, author, accent color, thumbnail, banner and footer. Premium customers continue to use standard Submitt branding.

Operations

Operations is the technical-management area for server health, data retention, export and purge tools. Owners should review it periodically and before making destructive data changes. Purge actions require explicit confirmation and are intentionally separate from normal ticket/application deletion.

Audit Log

The Audit Log records important administrative actions so owners can determine what changed and who initiated it. Use server filtering and action search when investigating unexpected panel changes, branding changes, licensing activity or data operations.

Subscription

Subscription is the customer billing center. Checkout, payment-method management, upgrades, scheduled downgrades, cancellation/resume and invoice downloads all happen inside Submitt while Stripe remains the secure payment processor in the background.

Account

Account displays the Discord identity tied to the Submitt login and notification preferences. Billing/service email preferences and recent email delivery records are managed here.
