White Label branding

White Label changes the public-facing presentation of eligible Discord embeds and panels while preserving the centrally hosted Submitt Discord bot account. Each licensed White Label server can have its own branding configuration.

What you can customize

Display/brand nameThe name presented inside supported Submitt embeds and public-facing panel content.

Powered by SubmittEligible White Label plans can hide the normal Submitt-powered footer where supported.

What White Label does not change

The Discord bot account itself still appears as Submitt. White Label does not create a separate Discord application, change the bot token, or give each customer a separate bot username/avatar. This keeps one secure managed bot instance serving all licensed communities.

Configure branding

Open Dashboard → Branding, select the licensed server and edit the available fields. Image URLs must use HTTPS and color values must be valid six-digit hexadecimal values. Use the preview panel to check readability before saving.

Refreshing published panels

Saving branding refreshes supported published Discord panels so customers do not have to manually delete and recreate them. New ticket/application messages also resolve the server's effective branding when they are generated.

Downgrades and expired White Label access

Custom values remain stored but become dormant if the active entitlement no longer includes White Label. Standard Submitt branding takes over automatically. This means a customer can later return to White Label without rebuilding every branding field from scratch.

Branding best practices

Use a square, readable logo for icons and a clean banner with enough contrast for Discord's dark interface. Avoid putting important instructions inside an image; keep operational instructions in text so members using accessibility tools can still understand the panel.
